PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to establish the privacy rules regarding data obtained from individuals (“Users”) who purchase the Company’s products through e-commerce transactions on the website located at https://dossha.com, which is owned by Dohead Tekstil Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), (“Website”) either by registering as a member or by purchasing the Company’s products without creating an account (“Users”) in connection with e-commerce transactions.

1. The Company does not share with third parties the personal data and information it obtains through e-commerce transactions or that is provided to it by Users via membership forms or by other means, except in the cases specified in this Privacy Policy and in the relevant “Information Notice Regarding Personal Data”on the Website, and does not use such data for any commercial purposes other than those specified, nor does it transfer it to third parties.

2. Users’ personal data and confidential information will be disclosed to official authorities only if requested by such authorities and only in cases where disclosure is required under the provisions of applicable mandatory legislation.

3. Data related to credit cards and debit cards entered for the purposes of website membership, product purchases, and information updates is processed independently of the Company, between the User and the relevant bank or card issuer. Payment information, such as credit card details and card PINs, as well as sensitive payment data, cannot be viewed by the Company or other Website users; in accordance with applicable law, the Company does not process this data in any manner and does not grant access to it. All payment-related transactions are conducted directly through the Website between the relevant bank, the payment service provider, and the device used by the User.

The Company anonymizes the usage and transaction data generated by the User on the Website; in addition to the processing purposes outlined in the, for statistical analyses, performance evaluations, the Company’s and its business partners’ marketing and fundraising campaigns, and annual reports and similar documents, for the duration necessary to achieve these purposes. Since this data is used anonymously, it does not contain any personal data in any form and does not include information that can be linked to the User.
